Cancellation policy

You may cancel your Oclaré Vision Support+ subscription at any time before your next renewal date. There are no cancellation fees.

To cancel, log in to your account at shop.visionsupportplus.com and manage your subscription from the account portal, or email us at support@visionsupportplus.com with your order number and we will cancel it for you within 1 business day.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded under this policy — please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for those situations.
