Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vision Support Plus. Our products are fulfilled and shipped by our dropshipping partner, Supliful. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds & Replacements

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and will be either replaced or fully refunded.

If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us at Support@VisionSupportPlus.com and include a photograph along with a brief description of the problem. We will review your case and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement or refund.

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped within 3 business days.
  • A refund will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds, credits, or replacements in the following cases:

  • Wrong Address: If the address provided is insufficient or undeliverable, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment center. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require a reshipment fee to be sent again.
  • Buyer's Remorse: We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to a change of mind. Returns or exchanges are offered at our discretion and any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs Rejection: If a package is rejected or returned due to customs, we are unable to issue a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their country's import regulations and to pay any applicable customs fees.
  • Order Already in Production: If a product has already been prepared for fulfillment, we are unable to cancel or refund that order.
  • Product Discontinuation or Extended Out-of-Stock: We do not provide compensation for ad campaigns or product creation expenses if a product is discontinued or out of stock for an extended period.
  • Uncollected FedEx International Deliveries: If an international order shipped via FedEx is not delivered due to an unreachable recipient, refusal to pay import duties, or any other recipient-related reason, we are unable to offer a refund, reshipment, or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@VisionSupportPlus.com.
