Thank you for shopping with Vision Support Plus. All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party partner, Supliful, from their U.S.-based fulfillment centers. Please read the following shipping information carefully.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to most U.S. states via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order.
- Regular Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 2–4 business days
- Express Shipping (USPS Priority): 1–3 business days
Please note: We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

International Shipping
We ship internationally via FedEx, typically within 3–5 business days depending on the destination. All international orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon delivery.
International shipping rates are based on package weight and destination zone:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the USPS or FedEx website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at Support@VisionSupportPlus.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.
